Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Duties

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees required by your country’s customs authority are not included in the checkout price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. For more information, we recommend checking with your local customs office. 

Singapore: For orders shipped to Singapore, an 8% GST will be applied at checkout. 

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. While we cannot guarantee refunds for lost orders, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
