The watches listed are often untested, which means they may need a battery or other servicing to function properly. Unless otherwise stated in the description, most watches are not running.
We carefully clean and sanitize each watch before listing them.
Each piece in our collection is sourced from secondhand markets, antique stores, and collectors from around the world.
As these are vintage or pre-loved watches, wear, scratches, and signs of aging are expected. These marks add to the story and character of each timepiece.

Pricing
Pricing is determined based on several factors:
- Rarity: The availability and historical significance of the watch play a major role in determining its price.
- Brand name: Well-known or luxury brands may have a higher price due to their prestigious reputation and craftsmanship.
- Condition: Each watch is thoroughly inspected, and its condition—whether it’s in mint, good, or worn condition—affects the final price.
- Restoration or servicing costs: Some watches may require repairs, battery replacements, or professional cleaning, and these costs are factored into the final price.
- Original price: The price we paid to acquire the piece, whether from an auction, a private collection, or another source.

Are the watches authentic?
At Galleria Dojan, we take great care in sourcing our vintage watches, ensuring each piece is authentic and true to its heritage. We work with trusted suppliers and secondhand markets to curate a collection that upholds the values of quality, craftsmanship, and history.
Please note that since these watches are vintage or pre-loved, they may not come with original paperwork or boxes. However, we stand by the authenticity of every piece in our collection. If a watch has undergone any restoration or repair, we will disclose that in the product description.
We are committed to offering only genuine vintage watches that align with our standards of timelessness, rarity, and nostalgia.
What is the shipping policy?
Galleria Dojan ships all orders within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are shipped via local and international courier services, with tracking provided once your package is on its way.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We offer international shipping to most locations. If you have questions about shipping to your country, feel free to reach out to us at hello@galleriadojan.com.
If your order is lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local postal service or courier to make a claim. Galleria Dojan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist with any issues.
Please note that customs fees are not included in the purchase price and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the refund policy regarding watches?
All sales of vintage watches are final. Due to the unique and delicate nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We encourage customers to carefully read the descriptions provided for each watch before purchasing, as we make every effort to disclose the condition of the pieces, including any signs of wear, measurements, and functionality (or lack thereof).
Refund requests related to any of the following will not be accepted:
- The watch is too large or small for your wrist. Please check the measurements provided.
- The watch shows wear or scratches, which are typical for vintage items and add to their character.
- The watch not running (if noted in the description)
Battery Life Policy
- The battery life of each vintage or pre-loved watch may vary due to its prior use and age. As such, we cannot guarantee the remaining battery life after purchase.
- To ensure optimal functionality and longevity, we recommend replacing the battery annually. Please note that battery replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer after the purchase.
Parts Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved watches, some parts used for repairs may not originate from the original manufacturer. This includes, but is not limited to, components such as the case, glass, leather, movement, or clasp. Given the age of many of our watches—often exceeding 20 years—it may not always be feasible to source original manufacturer parts.
However, we are committed to preserving the integrity of the watch’s original design wherever possible. To ensure functionality and longevity, we may utilize high-quality replacement parts that meet or exceed the original specifications.
Do you offer custom orders or modifications?
At this time, Galleria Dojan does not offer custom orders or modifications to vintage watches. However, if you’re looking for a specific style, feel free to reach out, and we’ll keep an eye out during our sourcing trips!
